Forum Thread: How to Move Steam to Another Hard Drive

Dreading not wanting to reinstall all your steam games when installing a new hard drive? Not a problem.

Before deleting your steam folder. Copy Folder Steamapps and file Steam.exe to a seperate location. Do a fresh install onto your new drive and move and overwrite the folder and executable. Thats all you have to do.
